Resistance 2 (2008)

Resistance 2 is a video game that continues the fight against the Chimera invasion of Europe. Players take on the role of Sgt. Nathan Hale, who must defend mankind from this unstoppable enemy while fighting off a virus inside his own body that threatens to transform him into them. Powered by Insomniac Games' third-generation PS3 technology, Resistance 2 features an eight-player co-op campaign and 60-player online competitive multiplayer. There is also an epic single-player campaign with new weapons and giant boss encounters that increase the scale of conflict to new heights, as well as community support for players.
