This powerful entity gives Jackie superhuman strength, speed, and various dark powers such as creating black holes to suck in his enemies.

In this twisted narrative full of tragedy, modern crime drama, and supernatural horror players will be taken down a personal path full of vengeance and justice for those who have wronged him. As Jackie struggles with the temptation to use The Darkness' destructive power against his enemies he must also fight off waves upon waves of enemies from rival gangs, including the Brotherhood - a mysterious cult determined to control The Darkness at any cost. With each battle won or lost comes consequences that will shape Jackie's future destiny.

Players will have access to a wide array of weapons from handguns to shotguns as well as special abilities granted by The Darkness itself like creating tentacles which can whip out enemy attackers or create shields for protection against bullets or fireballs thrown at you by your opponents. Each weapon has its own unique characteristics making it useful in certain scenarios while others are more suited for close quarters combat where quick reflexes are needed more than anything else. In addition there are RPG elements present allowing players to upgrade their character skills giving them even greater control over how they approach every situation they find themselves in during the game's 10 hour campaign mode story arc filled with memorable characters and moments sure make this game one worth experiencing firsthand!
