All about game Manhunt
Manhunt is a third-person stealth horror video game that was released in 2003, developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. The game has garnered quite a bit of controversy due to its graphic violence and gore, however this hasn’t stopped it from becoming one of the most beloved games in the genre.
The objective of Manhunt is simple: survive twenty levels comprised of various missions while avoiding or dispatching enemy gang members known as Hunters. Players must use stealthy tactics such as hiding in shadows for protection against their pursuers, who can be dispatched with firearms or gruesome executions. Executions are preferred for higher points and thus encourage players to play more violently than usual. At the end of each level, players will be rated on speed and brutality; five stars being awarded for an extremely competent performance.
Manhunt differs from other stealth horror games due to its unique atmosphere which blends tension with intense fear at every turn; making it one of the most immersive titles ever created in its genre. The environments are full of dark spots perfect for hiding away from enemies while they search frantically around you – adding another element to this already thrilling experience!
Overall, Manhunt has managed to stand out among its competitors thanks to its deep gameplay mechanics along with an atmosphere that keeps gamers engaged throughout all twenty levels (plus four bonus ones). Its controversial subject matter also adds another layer into why this title still remains popular amongst fans today - making it a must-play classic!
