The protagonist, Carl Johnson, returns to his hometown of Los Santos after five years away and finds it rife with gang violence, drugs, and corruption. He soon discovers that he has been framed for homicide by corrupt cops and must embark on a journey across all of San Andreas to save his family and take back control of the city streets. Along the way he will face many challenges as well as gain allies who can help him in his mission.

Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb is an action-adventure video game in which players take on the role of archeologist and adventurer Indiana Jones.
