The aliens now rule Earth with shining cities they promise will bring humanity a bright future, but they are hiding sinister plans beneath the surface and eliminating anyone who doesn't agree with them. Those living on the fringes still have some freedom, however, and it is here that a force gathers to stand up for humanity against this alien threat. The remnant XCOM forces must find each other again and fight to expose the truth behind this occupation and ultimately eliminate the alien menace for good.
