Killzone: Shadow Fall is a video game set thirty years after the events of Killzone 3, in a time of planetary colonization. The story focuses on the conflict between two rival colonist factions, the Vektans and Helghast, who have been separated by an enormous security wall for three decades. Players take control of Lucas Kellan, a member of the military intelligence unit dubbed Shadow Marshals tasked with protecting fragile peace between these two sides. During his missions he must be prepared to face all kinds of combat situations as any misstep could lead to mutual destruction.

Killzone: Shadow Fall is the sixth installment of the popular first-person shooter series, Killzone. While it continues to offer fans of the franchise with some familiar gameplay elements, it has also introduced many new features and improvements that make this game even more enjoyable.

Players in Killzone: Shadow Fall are now able to explore a much more open world environment with multiple ways to reach their targets or complete objectives. Along with this comes unique weapons and gear that allow for different stealth strategies when playing. The OWL drone accompanies you throughout your journey, providing assistance such as deploying zip-lines or stunning enemies.

The online multiplayer mode allows up to 24 players to battle at once on any one of 10 maps available within the game. Players no longer level up by kills alone but instead use a challenge based system where completing various challenges will upgrade them in rank. Warzones have returned along with Team Deathmatch and Beacon Retrieval (Capture the Flag). A great new feature added is allowing users create their own custom Warzones rules and share them for other players in the community to download and play!
