Arc Rise Fantasia is a video game set in the Meridian Empire where creatures called Contaminant Dragons are causing destruction. When word reaches the capital of Diamant that a massive horde is on its way, L'Arc, a novice mercenary, and his friend Alf, the prince second in line for the throne lead an army to fight them. During battle L'Arc gets injured but is saved by Ryfia who has mysterious powers and can control ley squalls. Adele also helps out with her unique form of Luminomancy combat. Together they must save their world from destruction caused by these Contaminant Dragons.
