The Simpsons: Hit & Run is a mission-based driving game that combines out-of-the-car platform action, the interactive world of Springfield, and the signature humor of The Simpsons. The game features new story and dialogue written by writers from the show itself, with all character voices supplied by its cast members. Players will have access to over 56 missions in 7 huge levels as they explore Springfield on foot as Homer, Bart, Lisa, Marge or Apu. Additionally there are hidden pick-ups containing trivia material from more than 300 episodes of The Simpsons around the map for players to find.

The Simpsons: Hit & Run is an action-adventure video game released in 2003 and based on the long running animated TV series The Simpsons. It was developed by Radical Entertainment for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube platforms, with a version also developed for Windows XP.
Players take control of one of seven characters from the show – Homer, Bart, Lisa, Marge, Apu Nahasapeemapetilon (the Kwik-E-Mart proprietor), Principal Skinner or Nelson Muntz – as they attempt to uncover a sinister conspiracy taking place in Springfield. Players travel around 3 distinct areas of Springfield which feature various recognizable locations from the show such as Moe’s Tavern and Krustyland amusement park. A variety of vehicles are available including cars and scooters allowing players to explore these environments at speed while completing story missions or participating in bonus activities like racing opponents across town or destroying pesky wasp cameras hidden around each level.
In addition to its entertaining gameplay elements, The Simpsons: Hit & Run also features a tonne of references to popular episodes from the show such as “Treehouse Of Horror” and “Who Shot Mr Burns?” making it an absolute must play for any fans of The Simpsons out there!
