All about game Wii Fit
Wii Fit is a revolutionary video game that has managed to combine exercise and gaming into one fun, interactive experience. Developed by Nintendo in 2007, Wii Fit was released with the intention of providing players with an enjoyable way to stay fit while enjoying their favorite hobby - playing video games. The game comes packaged with a unique platform peripheral called the Wii Balance Board, which is used during different activities such as yoga and strength training exercises.
Since its release, Wii Fit has been widely adopted by health clubs around the world for physiotherapy rehabilitation and even nursing homes for posture improvement among the elderly population. It has also received generally positive reviews from critics despite criticism over some of its workout activities being too easy or not intense enough. Despite this however, it still holds the position of third best selling console game (not packaged with a console), having sold 22.67 million copies worldwide as of March 2012!
In conclusion, what makes Wii Fit so special compared to other traditional fitness methods is that it allows users to enjoy their favorite hobby while at the same time getting much needed physical activity without feeling like they’re actually exercising! This combined with its widespread adoption across many parts of society is certainly something worth celebrating - here's hoping more games join in on this trend soon!
