Players have the opportunity to play as their favorite characters from a multitude of franchises and form teams of heroes hailing from classic and current games alike.

Project X Zone 2 offers gamers an exciting turn-based battle system where they can strategize attacks against enemies. With over 200 playable characters, players must create well balanced teams with special abilities to use on the battlefield for maximum effect. Characters are able to team up for powerful Dual Attacks that target multiple foes at once, or Special Cross Hits to deliver devastating combos that clear out hordes of enemies. Each character also has their own set of skills such as support moves and counterattacks which add depth to every encounter.

In addition to its intense battles, Project X Zone 2 features a unique story mode that follows main protagonists Kogoro Tenzai & Mii Koryuji as they travel through time and space fighting off evil forces along the way.
