Nuclear Dawn is a unique video game that combines the action of an FPS with the strategy elements of an RTS. Developed by InterWave Studios, Nuclear Dawn was released in 2011 for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. The game is powered by Source engine, which provides some beautiful visuals as well as intense combat experience.

The game puts players in a post-apocalyptic world where two factions are fighting for control over resources and territories: The Empire and The Consortium. Players can choose to play either side, each having their own strengths and weaknesses, such as technology level or type of weapons used. As with most RTS games, resource management plays an important role - players have to build structures to generate resources (such as energy), research new technologies or produce units for battle. On the other hand, when it comes to actual combat there’s no shortage of options available – from standard rifles to tanks or even nuclear strikes!
