Infinite Space is an upcoming role-playing game exclusively for the Nintendo DS portable handheld system. Taking place in outer space, Infinite Space gives players the ability to control, build, outfit and customize more than 150 spaceships. The game stretches the capabilities of the DS hardware to its limits with over 200 characters and multiple ships able to be controlled at any one time.

The developer behind Infinite Space is Nude Maker and it's being produced by Atsushi Inaba and directed by Hifumi Kouno. Its release date was set for 2009 as a way for PlatinumGames to team up with some of gaming’s most creative minds. It has been described as one of the most complex RPG titles created so far on the Nintendo DS platform.
