Grand Kingdom is a video game set in an alternate version of the world, where the once-prosperous Uldein Empire has fallen over one hundred years ago. The resulting power vacuum left four different nations vying for control of the Resonail continent. Instead of battles being fought between honorable knights loyal to their nation, mercenaries are now hired out by whichever faction can offer them the most money. In this role playing game, players take on the role of a mercenary squad leader and lead their troops across battlefields as they complete quests assigned by each nation. Along with completing these missions, players must also uncover clues about what caused the downfall of this powerful empire.
