Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl is the first in the Etrian Odyssey series to be remade and released as part of a new ‘Untold’ series. This game, developed by Atlus for the Nintendo 3DS platform, is a first-person RPG dungeon crawler which means that you will be creating your own map as you explore and complete quests.

The game has two modes; story mode which includes an already pre-made party with an in-depth story line featuring voice acting and animated cutscenes, and classic mode where you can customize your own party from nine different classes in order to explore Yggdrasil labyrinth. Once completed, the save data from story mode can be carried over to classic mode so players can continue their adventure without having to start all over again.

This version also introduces some pretty cool features such as Grimoire Stones - stones that are obtained after defeating certain enemies or bosses which enables characters to learn skills outside of their class abilities - allowing for more diverse character builds than ever before. There are also extra sidequests available if players choose not to play through main questlines only giving them access to even more powerful items.
