Shank 2 is a side-scrolling video game in which players take control of Shank, a former mob hitman. The story follows his quest for redemption as he must return to action when the lives of those close to him are threatened. The combat and controls system has been improved upon from the original game, with fluid brawling mechanics and stunning visuals. Additionally, an intense new arcade-style survival co-op mode has also been added; two gamers will team up together to fight against their enemies while making use of environment and weapon pick-ups for survival.
