Corpse Party is an adventure game set in a haunted elementary school, where a group of Kisaragi Academy High School students are trapped with the decaying corpses and tormented souls of countless children who have mysteriously vanished from the Japanese countryside. Players must try to escape and survive while experiencing unnatural horrors through the eyes and ears of frightened teenaged victims. The game uses hand-drawn 2D sprite and tile art to depict its bloody scenes, with full Japanese language voice acting for added immersion when playing with headphones. 3D audio support provides a simulated surround sound experience for players.
