City of Gangsters is a video game set in 1920 at the start of Prohibition in the USA. Players take on the role of a new arrival to an unnamed city, with ambitions to make it big by taking advantage of the lucrative black markets and illegal activities that have suddenly become available. The goal is to build up their own network through smuggling, running speakeasies and manufacturing illegal products. Achieving success requires strategic planning as well as short-term gains, ultimately aiming for long-term wealth and power.
