Ar tonelico: Melody of Elemia is a role-playing video game developed by Gust and published by NIS America. Players take on the role of a hero who must journey throughout the world in order to find the key to destroying viruses that have been plaguing the land. Along their way, they partner up with a Reyvateil—a girl capable of creating magic through songs—in order to fight back up the tower and save their homeland. The game also introduces an innovative new Dive System which allows players to explore a Reyvateil’s inner world as well as go on Virtual Dates with them in order to increase their magical power.
