All about game WinBack: Covert Operations

WinBack: Covert Operations is a third-person shooter video game released in 1999 for the Nintendo 64. Developed by Omega Force and Koei, WinBack puts you in the shoes of Jean-Luc Cougar, a covert operative tasked with stopping an international terrorist group known as the Crying Lions from taking over the world with their satellite. With six different multiplayer modes supporting up to four players, WinBack requires players to use stealth and strategy as much as reflexes and weaponry if they want to succeed.

The game's main story sees Jean-Luc infiltrating Lion's bases around the world – including a desert base, jungle base and factory complex – where he must take back control of key facilities. To do so he will have access to handguns, shotguns and machine guns along with explosives detectors flashlights and medical kits which can help him complete his mission successfully.

In addition to its single player mode, WinBack also offers six different multiplayer modes that allow up to four players compete against one another: Death Match; Lethal Tag; Quick Draw; Cube Hunt; Team Battle; Point Match. Players can select their difficulty level or even start off in Tutorial mode if they want some extra practice mastering controls before jumping into full matches against other human opponents or computer controlled enemies.

Whether you're looking for an exciting solo experience or intense competitive battles against friends, Winback has something for everyone who enjoys action adventure games combined with tactical espionage elements.
