Ring Fit Adventure is a unique and innovative fitness-focused video game developed by Nintendo. This title uses the Switch Joy-Con to track your movements as you navigate through a fantasy world filled with adventure. Every action requires the player to move the ring and leg strap, which are both equipped with a Joy-Con, in order to progress through each course.

Players will be thrown into fit battles at certain intervals during their journey where they must use various poses or stretches as attacks against enemies. There are four attack types that target different parts of the body, ranging from arms to legs and abs. As players complete courses they will earn experience points which can be used to level up their character’s base stats as well as unlock new skills for battle.
