Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy is a remake of the first two games in the Generation Xth trilogy, Code Hazard and Code Breaker. This turn-based RPG dungeon crawler puts you in control of a team of 6 customizable characters out of 10 available classes. As you explore the depths beneath Tokyo’s 23 wards, you must battle monsters and complete missions to save your fellow citizens from an otherworldly threat known as “Variants”.

The game features an expansive story that takes place in an alternate future version of Tokyo called “New Tokyo” where the people are protected by special organizations such as CPA (Central Police Agency) and Xth Squad. Players will uncover new stories about mysterious incidents, strange creatures, and much more as they progress through their adventure.

Aside from exploring dungeons, players can also customize their characters using items found during gameplay or purchased at shops located throughout New Tokyo.
