After completing the events from the movie, Duke and Scarlett travel to the Arctic in order to free Heavy Duty, Ripcord and Snake Eyes from M.A.R.S Detention Center before facing off against Baroness at "The Pit".

In Egypt, Joes learns that Cobra is taking an ancient gem known as Apep for unknown reasons and must defeat Firefly before he can reach it firstly at pyramid building located deep in jungle but its not end yet because James McCullen (now takes identity of Destro) awaits them at rooftop of this pyramid building with his men which they must defeat if they wish to obtain Apep gem back

Finally its time for ultimate showdown between Joes and their arch nemesis Cobra Commander & Storm Shadow who are hiding inside North Magnetic Pole Volcano base where our heroes have one last chance to stop them from achieving their nefarious goals or else world will be doomed forever so make sure you bring your A-game soldiers!
