All about game Nioh: Dragon of the North
Nioh: Dragon of the North is an action role-playing game developed by Team Ninja and published by Koei Tecmo for the PlayStation 4. The game is a sequel to Nioh, released in February 2017, and builds upon the success of its predecessor with new content and features. Players take control of William – a Western samurai warrior – as he fights his way through Japan’s warring states period.
The expansion brings players back into the Yokai-infested landscape of Japan's warring states era, where they will venture deep into northern provinces controlled by ambitious ruler Masamune Date who has begun gathering spirit stones in secret. Along their journey through three distinct stages, players will come across both fearsome enemies and allies while developing William’s combat skills further with powerful new Ninjutsu, Onmyo magic and Guardian Spirits.
Players can also look forward to discovering legendary armor sets and weapons including fan favorite Odachi great katana that was previously only available on special limited edition versions of Nioh 1 but now makes it return as part of this expansion pack. Additionally, Nioh: Dragon Of The North introduces several additional modes such as ‘Survival Mode', 'Abyss Mode' or 'Achievements'.
All in all Nioh: Dragon Of The North offers fans more depth to what was already a stimulating experience from its predecessor - giving them even more reason to revisit feudal Japan one last time before moving onto other projects from developer Team Ninja .
