Nioh 2 is an upcoming action role-playing game that's set to be released in 2020. Developed by Team Ninja and published by Koei Tecmo, Nioh 2 follows on from the success of its predecessor, Nioh, which was released back in 2017. This sequel promises to bring more intense samurai combat with a heavy emphasis on strategic play and skill development.

In the game you play as a mysterious half-human, half-supernatural warrior known as a Yokai who must master the lethal arts of the samurai in order to survive. You'll explore violent Sengoku-era Japan and its deadly Dark Realm - both plagued with grotesque demons hellbent on your destruction. To defeat them you'll have access to an improved combat system that allows for greater freedom of movement while executing devastating combos; as well as being able to transform into full Yokai form which gives you access to paranormal powers allowing you even greater dominance over your enemies.

The developers have worked hard at making sure everything looks amazing too - there are gorgeous visuals throughout coupled with stunning animations for each enemy attack ensuring every battle feels unique and exciting no matter how many times it's experienced before.

If all this wasn't enough then rest assured multiplayer options will also be available so gamers can team up with friends or take part in online battles against strangers from around the world!
