Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time is the sequel to the popular Superstar Saga and sees the return of everyone’s favorite plumbers, Mario and Luigi. In this game, Princess Peach takes a trip in a time machine but when it returns there's only a monster inside! To save their kingdom from impending doom, Mario and Luigi must travel back in time to find out what happened.

Upon arriving back in time, Mario and Luigi soon discover that an alien race known as the Shroobs have taken over Mushroom Kingdom. With no one safe from their evil schemes, our heroes set out on an adventure to rescue Princess Peach and stop them once and for all! Along the way they meet up with younger versions of themselves leading to some hilarious hijinks as they battle enemies together as “Team Bros”.

Partners in Time features new turn-based battles where players can use both brothers at once using basic attacks or special moves like fireball blasts or hammer slams. The game also allows you to switch between teams giving you more control over each fight. You can even combine abilities during fights such as having one brother launch an enemy while another brother jumps on them for extra damage!

The graphics are colorful cartoon-like visuals which bring life into this exciting world while keeping things lighthearted with plenty of humor thrown into dialogues with characters throughout your journey across various Mushroom Kingdoms located within different eras of history ranging from past worlds filled with dinosaurs all the way up until future ones full of robots!
