All about game Fate of the World
Have you ever wanted to take control of the fate of the world? Fate of the World is an exciting global strategy game that puts all our futures in your hands. The game features a dramatic set of scenarios based on latest science covering the next two centuries. You must manage a balancing act between protecting Earth’s resources and climate versus meeting growing demands for food, power, and living space as population increases.
Fate of the World is developed by award-winning Red Redemption games team and Battlestations: Midway Producer Klaude Thomas with climate science from Dr. Myles Allen (University of Oxford). Writing was done by David Bishop (Dr Who, 2000AD) while music was composed by Richard Jacques (Mass Effect, Alice in Wonderland). Veteran game designer Matthew Miles Griffiths (Conflict: Desert Storm, Battlestations: Midway) designed the actual game play mechanics.
In Fate of the World your decisions will determine whether or not humanity survives or succumbs to its own folly over time! Players are presented with choices related to energy production such as solar farms or nuclear plants; environment protection like reforestation programs; economic policies like taxes vs subsidies; international aid & development funding and more! As you progress through each decade goals are established so that players can track their progress towards specific objectives – be it reducing carbon emissions or increasing education levels worldwide. Players must manage limited resources while juggling risk factors associated with each decision they make – some consequences may only appear decades later making it difficult to know what actions will have long term benefits verses short term gains! This creates an interesting challenge as players try to balance their current status quo against potential future issues that may arise if certain paths are not taken now but left unchecked down line could lead disasterous results leading up to endgame scenario where ultimate victory depends upon having achieved goals across multiple fronts simultaneously!
Overall this makes Fate Of The World both educational and entertaining - teaching us about sustainability whilst giving us a glimpse into various possible outcomes depending upon which decisions we make today - ultimately showing us just how important our collective conscious choices really are when it comes saving planet Earth for generations come!
