Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories is an incredibly popular tactical role-playing game and sequel to Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. It has been re-released for the PlayStation Portable as Disgaea 2 Portable in Japan, and as Disgaea 2 Dark Hero Days in North America and Europe. The story follows Adell, the only person unaffected by a powerful Overlord’s curse that transformed all humans into demons fifteen years ago. As he sets out on his journey to seek out Overlord Zenon and break the curse, players take control of him and his party members throughout their exciting adventure.

The gameplay in Disgaea 2 builds upon that of its predecessor with a 3D isometric grid map where you can move around characters using your tactical skillsets.
