Dark Rose Valkyrie is a video game set in 1929 when a mysterious virus brought to earth by a meteorite known as the Black Garnet caused mass transformation of regular people into inhuman creatures called Chimeras. In response, Japan became a closed nation and established ACID, an agency created to combat the remaining Chimeras. As time passed, ACID formed Special Force Valkyrie which is responsible for eradicating the Chimera threat that still lingers to this day. Players take on the role of leader of this special force and must battle against enemy forces while uncovering secrets surrounding their mission.

The game mixes traditional RPG elements such as character customization and turn based combat with an innovative visual novel interview system to help you track down traitors in your midst. As darkness sets, enemies change forms and become more powerful which will challenge even veteran players to their limits.

Players can customize their characters by choosing between 12 different classes each with unique abilities and equipment options including swords, guns and magic spells so they can find what works best for them. There is also an optional co-op mode which allows up to four friends join forces online to take on missions together!
