Cotton Fantasy, also known as Cotton Rock ‘n’ Roll, is a shoot 'em up video game for the PlayStation 2 released in 2004. Developed by Success Corporation and published by JP Games, it retains the comical world of Cotton and Silk from previous games but adds new features from other popular shoot 'em ups such as Sanvein's Time System and Psyvariar's Buzz system.

The main story follows two young fairies -- Chelly (the pink fairy) and Nuts (the blue fairy). The two are tasked with saving their beloved cotton kingdom from an evil force that has been unleashed upon it. Players must control one of the fairies at any given time while using various weapons to take down enemies along their journey. Additionally, they must find hidden power-ups to increase their character's abilities or use special items found throughout each stage to help them progress.
