Story of Seasons is the latest title in the popular Harvest Moon series, and XSEED will be bringing it to North American shores next year. This game offers players a unique experience that allows them to fully customize their own character from scratch.

Unlike traditional RPGs, Story of Seasons gives players complete control over how they look, act and progress throughout the game. Players can choose from a variety of customization options, such as hairstyles and clothing items. They can also design their character's personality traits and interests by selecting dialogue options when interacting with other characters in-game.

The core mechanics of Story of Seasons revolve around farming activities such as planting crops, raising animals, and producing goods for sale at local markets. Players are able to purchase different kinds of seeds or livestock depending on what resources are available in each season - springtime brings flowers while summertime yields fruits like strawberries and melons - ultimately allowing them to develop their farm however they see fit.
