In Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, the player takes on the role of a young prince who is drawn to the dark powers of a magic dagger and unwittingly unleashes an evil upon his kingdom. Guiding the prince on his quest to reverse the curse, players must use the Sands of Time – allowing them to erase past mistakes, see into future possibilities, and slow down present events.
