The Evil Within is a horror-survival video game in which players take on the role of Detective Sebastian Castellanos. While investigating a mass murder, Sebastian and his partners encounter an evil force that kills his fellow officers and knocks him unconscious. When he awakens, he finds himself in a world filled with horrific creatures and dead bodies that he must face if he hopes to survive. As he makes his way through this deranged world, Sebastian must unravel the mystery behind this powerful force in order to restore order and save himself from certain death.
