Battlefield 1942 is an action-packed first person shooter video game by Electronic Arts. Players are placed in the midst of a raging WWII battlefield and have access to 35 machines of war including vehicles, ships, and aircrafts. Set during some of the most famous battles of World War II, players can storm the beaches of Normandy, drive tanks through northern Africa deserts, pilot fighter planes at Midway or parachute into enemy territory with jeeps. NecroVisioN is a first person shooter game set during World War I. Players take on the role of US army soldier Simon Buker, who with his battalion gets lost behind enemy lines while trying to break through to allied positions. As they push forward, they discover an evil lurking underneath the battlefields which threatens to change the balance of power in our world. Throughout their journey, Buker and his battalion must battle demons and vampires as well as more traditional enemies in order to survive and protect mankind from this greater evil. With its visceral experience and seamless mix of horror elements reminiscent of Lovecraft's works, NecroVisioN provides players with an immersive gaming experience that will keep them on the edge of their seats.
