Yomawari: Night Alone is a unique and engaging horror action game, set in a mysterious Japanese town. You play as a young female protagonist who is searching for her older sister and pet dog, while exploring the eerie nighttime landscape. To help you on your quest, you have only a flashlight at your disposal – but be warned that using said flash light will let her “see things that shouldn’t be seen.”

The game has an atmosphere of dread and suspense, with its vivid yet minimalist art style making it one of the most visually striking games around. The sound design also adds to this feeling of unease; from the howling wind to the distant wails emanating from supernatural creatures lurking in the shadows, Yomawari captures an immersive sense of horror like no other video game before it.
