Warlords Battlecry II is a real-time strategy game set in the world of Etheria. Players assume the role of a Hero and must capture all sixty-seven regions of the land while controlling one of twelve distinct races. As they progress through the campaign, players will gain access to new buildings, resources, and technologies that can be used to improve their chances at victory.
Each race has its own unique advantages and disadvantages when it comes to battle strategies such as attack power or defensive capabilities. For instance, Dwarves have powerful weapons but weak defenses; Elves are extremely fast but vulnerable to direct attacks; Orcs are great fighters but lack magical abilities. Depending on which race is chosen by the player, different tactics need to be employed in order for them to succeed in conquering every region of Etheria.
The Heroes created by each player also play an important part in determining how successful they will be in their campaigns since they represent special characters with unique skills and attributes that can make them incredibly powerful forces on the battlefields. Every Hero has four stats - Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence and Charisma - which determine his or her effectiveness during combat encounters as well as other non-combat tasks such as diplomacy or trading between cities. Higher scores grant bonuses such as increased damage output or bonus experience points for defeating enemies quickly so it's worth investing time into raising your characters' statistics if you want your Heroes to become unstoppable warriors!
