Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning is a video game set in a desperate time for the Emperor. The lands are afflicted by a Chaos Plague, while the Dwarfs under siege by greenskins. Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning was an MMORPG based on the Games Workshop franchise developed by Mythic Entertainment and produced by Electronic Arts. This game allowed players to immerse themselves in a fantasy realm full of legendary creatures, fierce battles, and epic quests.

The main feature of Warhammer Online was its RvR (Realm vs Realm) combat system. Players could choose from different realms such as Order or Destruction and then battle against each other for control over valuable resources like fortresses and keeps. These battles were often quite brutal but also offered some interesting strategic elements as players had to coordinate their efforts in order to be successful. In addition to this, there was also a siege warfare mode that allowed players to take part in massive castle sieges with up to 200 participants on each side!

Furthermore, Warhammer Online featured various races such as humans, dwarves, elves and others which all had unique abilities that made them stand out during combat. The game also included crafting systems where players could create powerful weapons or armor using materials found throughout the world. Finally, it boasted an impressive selection of mounts such as horses or giant spiders which provided great mobility options across the land.

However unfortunately after four years since its launch Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning was shut down December 18th 2013 due to declining subscription numbers - something that ultimately resulted in its closure despite being a very compelling MMORPG experience at its time .
