Ultracore is a highly anticipated video game that has been in a deep sleep for 25 years. Developed using original Sega Mega Drive hardware and finally released in 2019, Ultracore promises to be the ultimate hardcore gaming experience.

Originally developed by Digital Illusions CE (DICE) back in 1995, Ultracore was meant to be published as Hardcore on the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive platforms but due to various issues it was never released. Thanks to friends and an ‘A-Team’ of dedicated gamers, the original data has been recovered and will now be ported to modern platforms so that everyone can enjoy this classic game.

The developers are committed to recreating the exact same experience as intended by DICE all those years ago – no shortcuts or compromises! This means all levels, enemies, bosses and weapons will remain true to their original design with some minor tweaks here and there added for balance purposes only. Players can expect intense action across 8 stages with over 10 hours of gameplay as they take on waves of robotic enemies while mastering special weapons such as flamethrowers, blasters and more. There will also be multiple endings dependent on how well you perform during each stage making it even more challenging than ever before!

Overall Ultracore looks set for success when it launches later this year – giving loyal fans exactly what they’ve always wanted from this classic title and many memories along the way!
