Players take on the role of a soldier who has stumbled upon a remote mining town that is in peril due to an ancient evil unleashed by miners breaching a long-forgotten temple below the town. Trapped in the town, players must explore mines below, battle enemies and bosses, find loot drops, discover secrets, and increase their abilities in order to finally escape and return home.
