Typoman is an exciting two dimensional puzzle platformer game that offers a unique and darkly surreal environment for players to explore. Taking control of the HERO, you must traverse your way through this strange universe while using letters to alter the environment around you.

The aim of Typoman is to eventually defeat the giant evil demon that rules over this world and in order to do so, you must become whole by gaining powers on your journey. Within each level there are puzzles which will help progress the story as well as offer new challenges for players to overcome. These puzzles involve manipulating words or phrases in order create objects with their corresponding meanings - such as creating a bridge out of 'span' or creating a ladder out of 'ascend'. This clever use of wordplay has been praised by many reviewers due to its originality when compared with other games within its genre.

In addition, Typoman also features some light combat elements where you can fight against enemies using weapons made from words – such ‘blast’ for example would shoot projectiles at them – but this only makes up a small portion of the overall gameplay experience which mainly focuses on solving various environmental puzzles throughout each level.
