Mutazione is an adventure exploration video game set in a picturesque and mysterious island. Players will take on the role of Kai, a young girl who is tasked with tending to the local gardens and learning more about its inhabitants.

The game takes place over different days, each containing unique events that can be experienced in real-time. As players tend to the garden they’ll discover different types of plants ranging from bushes to trees; these are obtained by collecting seeds which can be found throughout the island. Each plant requires specific amounts of soil space in order for it to grow properly, so careful attention must be paid when planting them. Additionally, every plant produces its own musical note when touched or interacted with – this allows players to create their own music by combining various plants together into one harmonious piece!

Players may also encounter strange creatures living among nature as well as uncover secrets hidden within ancient ruins scattered around Mutazione's world. The overall objective of the game is discovering all the mysteries and unraveling what happened at this once peaceful island through engaging conversations with locals and exploring its beautiful scenery.
