Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise, known as Hokuto Ga Gotoku in Japan, is an upcoming 3D action-adventure game created by Sega and developed by the team behind Yakuza series. Scheduled to be released for PlayStation 4 later this year, the game features a voice cast from Yakuza series that takes on established characters from popular manga/anime adaptation Hokuto no Ken.

The story of Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise focuses on Kenshiro's search for his lost love Yuria in post-apocalyptic Eden. As players work through various missions and side quests they will grapple with moral choices while also developing their skills through crafting items and taking part in mini games such as bartending or bowling. The combat system also allows players to use their martial arts knowledge to take down enemies using devastating combos and special moves inspired by those seen in both Ryū Ga Gotoku (Yakuza) and Hokuto no Ken series'.
