In Dread Nautical, gamers step into the shoes of a survivor stranded on board this cursed ship. Your goal is to seek out other survivors; scavenge for resources like food and ammunition; manage your safe haven; and ultimately escape alive by any means necessary. As you explore each deck of the ship in search of clues and supplies, you'll run into all sorts of supernatural forces trying to stop you — from werewolves to zombies! You’ll also come across various items such as weapons or armor which can be used in battles or traded with survivors for goods.

The game features rogue-like elements where no two playthroughs are ever alike: different levels will have different challenges depending on how far along in your quest you are - these could range from puzzles that need solving or hard decisions about who lives or dies during fights against monsters. But don't worry too much — even if things get tough there's always time for some rest inside your safe haven where characters can heal up before continuing their journey through this mysterious vessel!
