Dillon's Dead-Heat Breakers is a video game set in post-apocalyptic wild west. Players must use their Mii character alongside Dillon the armadillo and his squirrel engineer Russ to defend against an invasion of transforming rock monsters. To do this, players must recruit hired gunners for battle, roll into fights and high speed chases while taking down waves of enemies as Dillon--the Red Flash himself. Eighty years ago, a cataclysmic event devastated the world and now survivors are in danger due to a mysterious ship unleashing an army of supercharged monsters. The player can help local businesses and win races to gather resources, stock up on items, man towers and strengthen barricades to protect each village's livestock from the monsters. Over 30 different types of enemies have been designed including swimming, digging, electrified, poisonous armored or even flying ones which transform into wheeled forms for action-packed chases.
