Death's Door is a video game set in a realm untouched by death. The player takes on the role of a Crow, whose job is to reap souls of the dead and keep track of them. When one soul gets stolen, it's up to the player to find and defeat the thief. To do so, they must navigate this strange new world filled with twisted inhabitants and powerful creatures that have grown far past their expiry date due to being untouched by death. Players can customize their character stats as they battle enemies using melee weapons, arrows, magic or whatever upgrades they obtain along their journey. As they unravel the dark mystery behind why souls are disappearing and what roles Crows play in all this, players will come across somber yet darkly comedic stories about tyrants with motivations of their own.
