Taito's iconic Darius series is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year with the release of a brand new version of one of its classic titles, Dariusburst: Another Chronicle EX+. This game is an expanded port of the 2010 arcade title, DariusBurst Another Chronicle EX. It has been given many additions and updates to bring it up to date for modern gamers.

The original arcade version was highly praised by fans and critics alike for its intense shoot 'em up action combined with deep strategic elements. The new edition takes things even further, adding an all-new Event Mode featuring exclusive levels as well as the Murakumo ship which can be used in all modes.

Dariusburst: Another Chronicle EX+ also features improved visuals that take advantage of current hardware capabilities such as full HD resolution and widescreen support. Additionally, various tweaks have been made to improve controls and make them more intuitive for modern players.
