Control: AWE is the second major expansion to the critically-acclaimed video game Control. Developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by 505 Games, this thrilling new addition takes players deeper into the mysterious world of The Oldest House. In AWE, players take on a new mission from Jesse Faden, Director of the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC), as she investigates an Altered World Event (AWE) at a sector called Investigations that was sealed off many years ago.

In this sector, The Bureau studied its most dangerous Altered World Events in order to contain them within powerful objects known as ‘Objects of Power’. However, now these Objects have been released and it’s up to Jesse and her team to find out what happened and how they can be contained once again. Along with this main story mission, there are plenty of side missions for players to explore which will uncover more secrets about The Oldest House along with brand new weapons and modifications available for use during combat scenarios.

The expansion also introduces several unique enemies such as Hiss Devastators who have been infected with an insidious force known as 'Hiss' which has corrupted their minds; Shape – a strange creature formed from multiple other entities; Mold-1 – one of the most formidable opponents yet seen in Control; and Parautomatons - robotic servants gone rogue! It's up to Jesse Faden to face these dangers head-on if she is ever going make it through alive!
