Castlevania: Circle of the Moon is a beloved title in the Castlevania series, and it marks an important milestone in the franchise. The game was released for the Game Boy Advance in 2001, and it was the first entry to feature action role-playing elements instead of level-based action like all previous titles had. Players take on the role of Nathan Graves as he explores Dracula’s castle and battles monsters with his trusty Killer Whip.

The game also features something called “Dual Set-up System” which allows players to equip two cards at once that give Nathan special magical abilities. For instance, equipping a fire type card with a whip card will allow him to use his weapon with fire attributes while equipping it with a summon card lets him summon a fire demon to attack enemies on screen. As Nathan discovers new artifacts within Dracula’s castle he gains new abilities that let him explore further into its depths.

Aside from Dual Set-up System, Circle of The Moon also has plenty of other cool features such as secret items scattered throughout levels, extra bosses awaiting those brave enough to take them on, multiple endings based on player choices made during their playthrough and more!
