Body and Brain Connection (2011)
Body and Brain Connection, also known as Dr. Kawashima's Body and Brain Exercises, is a brain training video game created by Namco Bandai and cocreated by Dr. Ryuta Kawashima, who was also involved in the DS Brain Age series. The game uses the Kinect system to track players' body movements and assess their physical fitness alongside their cognitive abilities. Players can choose from two modes: "Brain Mode" which tests memory skills such as memorizing numbers or shapes; or "Body Mode" which includes activities like jumping jacks or squats that measure agility, coordination, balance, reaction time, speed and strength. Through this unique combination of physical exercises with mental challenges - all reported on in real-time - players get an overall assessment of how healthy they are both mentally and physically.

All about game Body and Brain Connection
Video games have come a long way since the days of Pac-Man and Space Invaders. Now, they can be used to help improve our cognitive abilities – like in the game Body and Brain Connection.
Body and Brain Connection is an innovative puzzle game that combines physical actions with mental challenges. Players are presented with questions which must be answered both mentally and physically by using motion controls. The goal of this game is to reinforce correct answers through repeated physical action, making it easier for players to remember them over time. Games usually last only minutes at a time, though there’s enough variety in the exercises that no two sessions will ever be exactly alike. Examples include a math question requiring players to make hand motions representing greater than or less than signs as well as kicking a ball into a goal with the right answer on it for another math question.
This type of gaming has been shown to increase cognitive performance in adults as well as children; not only do users get better at answering questions quickly but also gain problem solving skills through experience gained while playing these types of games. Not only does Body and Brain Connection provide entertainment value but it can expand your knowledge base too!
If you’re looking for something fun yet educational then look no further than Body and Brain Connection! With its unique combination of mental challenges coupled with physical movements, this video game will keep you entertained while helping hone your problem solving skills too!
