All about game BMX XXX
BMX XXX is a 2002 video game that was developed by Z-Axis and published by Acclaim Entertainment. The game was released for the Xbox, Nintendo GameCube and PlayStation 2 platforms. Despite its primary being BMX-based action sports, it became notorious for containing nudity, foul language and adult humor.
In North America, the game is available uncensored on the GameCube and Xbox but all naked breasts are covered in the PlayStation 2 version. It was initially denied classification in Australia due to its explicit content which includes allowing players to create female characters that are fully topless as well as view live-action video clips of real life strippers with bare breasts.
The controversy surrounding BMX XXX earned it a great deal of publicity however it was almost entirely negative upon release leading to dismal reviews and poor sales figures overall. Despite this, some critics praised certain elements such as its physics engine which offered an impressive level of detail when compared with similar titles at the time.
Overall, BMX XXX wasn't received well due largely in part to its explicit content which many felt detracted from what could have been an otherwise enjoyable gaming experience given its strong technical merits.
