Ape Escape 2 is the much-anticipated sequel to the original Ape Escape. In this platform game, you take on the task of catching all of the mischievous apes that are jumping, walking and flying around various levels. You have a vast array of gadgets at your disposal to make it easier for you to complete your mission.

The most important gadget in your arsenal is undoubtedly the net which can be used to capture any ape within reach. Other gadgets include an RC car which can be driven over monkeys as well as collect objects; an Ape Radar which allows you detect nearby primates; a baseball bat for hitting them unconscious; and a magnet for moving certain objects on maps.

Your ultimate goal is not only to catch all monkeys in each level but also prevent Specter from taking over the world - no small feat! Each monkey has its own unique character traits and name so they may require different strategies when attempting capture them. Some might remain stationary while others will attack you with projectiles or flee quickly, requiring quick reflexes if they're going to be stopped!

Overall, Ape Escape 2 offers plenty of fun challenges by using its varied levels filled with tricky puzzles and amusing characters that bring life into this delightful platformer adventure game.
